Emily Katherine Booth, also known as Emily Bouffante or Bouff, was born on April 26, 1976 in Chester, England. Emily's great grandfather was among the pioneers who built the first theaters in Cornwall, England. She studied media and film in the University of London's Goldsmith College. To earn money, Bouff experienced busking in the streets of London playing violin.
Emily Booth starred in several cult films like the Pervirella, Evil Aliens, Cradle of Fear, and Inferno. She is the presenter of a couple of cult films like OUThere and Shock Movie Massacre. Emily is also a host in Eat Cinema where she interviews A-list Hollywood stars for The Buzz. She has her own show called Fist Night Bites also in the same British Television channel. She was once the host of the Quiz Night Live, a defunct call-in quiz show on satellite channel Ftn. Her most recent television job is a presenter in the Xleague.tv.
Emily Booth's potential for the films and TV shows was spotted Channel 4 producers and she was hired to co-present and co-wrote the computer game dedicated TV show Bits. She stayed though out the lifetime of the show which ended in 2001. Emily's TV presenter carrier did not end with the Bits.
She did more TV presenter jobs after Bits like the paintball challenge TV show called Mission: Paintball and chaos filled TV series that was shot in Australia called Demolition. Emily Booth also presented few segments on defunct morning show in Channel 4, The Big Breakfast.
Emily Booth also starred on the comedy horror, Evil Aliens in 2006 where she played one of the lead roles. Her short film Inferno won critical acclaim that included a BAFTA nomination for the best short film in 2001.
Emily Booth also graced the cover of some magazine. She did some cover photos for Front magazine where she was featured in the cover on the magazines 54th issue. She also appeared on more magazines like the Ice Magazine, the Meltdown magazine, which featured her on the cover of their 7th issue.
Other magazines that featured Emily Booth on the cover were the Dark Side, and Commodore Zone, which put her on the cover of their 16th issue. She also appeared on the cover of Gavin Baddely's book, Goth Chic.
Emily's journey in the world of TV shows brought her to Cambodia on a self-funded trip. She is there to do produce a documentary about the changing face of Cambodia.
